Ski and snowboard at Parnassos Ski Resort
With a total length of 36km of slopes in the Kelaria and Fterolakka areas, Parnassos is the largest and most complete ski resort in Greece, as well as a highly competitive skiing option in the Balkans.
Hiking
For hiking enthusiasts, Agoriani is an earthly paradise. The E4 trail is the most famous hiking trail on Parnassos. Well-signposted, the route connects Delphi with Agoriani, crossing the Parnassos National Park. It is part of the ancient path that connected Delphi with Ancient Lilaia. During the route, 3km from Agoriani, you will come across the beautiful chapel of Agia Triada. The location is also ideal for families, as it is suitable for picnics, endless play and exploration for the little hikers in the group. The second most famous trail in the area is 22, which connects Agoriani with Polydrosso. A branch of Trekking Hellas operates in Arachova, which you can trust for organized hikes in Agoriani and the surrounding area. More information about hiking here.
Mountain biking
In Agoriani and the wider area, mountain biking enthusiasts have at their disposal a dense network of forest roads and trails with impressive changes in landscape and wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Some of the routes you can follow are the E4 trail, crossing the Parnassos National Park, reaching Eptastomo, the southernmost glacier in Europe, as well as taking a tour of Paliovouna. Organized tours, mountain bike lessons and bike rentals are offered by True Wheels and Trekking Hellas. More information about mountain biking here.
Snow mobile ride
One of the most beautiful places to rent snow mobiles is Dokanos (a location that connects Livadi with Eptalofos).
Organized ATV and Buggy tours: One of the best ways to get to know the wild nature of Parnassos is to ride a… pig. In Livadi during the winter months, the Polaris Parnassos Experience base operates for organized tours.
